The Highrunner HR9 is a palletizer designed for the logistics industry, with a capacity of 500 to 1,500 products per hour.

    Logistics palletizer Highrunner HR9

The Qimarox Highrunner HR9 Logistics palletizer is specially designed for logistics operations. This makes it very efficient where many different products are processed in short batches. Our unique and patented layering system can generate a wide variety of layer patterns. These patterns can be selected automatically or generated by a state-of-the-art pattern generator. The specially designed pattern generator will offer you the most optimal layer pattern according to the box size and pallet size.

For example, if the installation is equipped with a full 3D product scanner, it is even possible to configure the system to operate
completely autonomously. Since the template forming system is located at a high level and the pallet moves up and down with the pallet lifter (Qimarox Prorunner mk10), higher throughput can be achieved.
The top of the pallet is therefore always at the same level as the template forming conveyor.

    Highrunner HR10 palletizer
    for beverages

The Qimarox HR10 beverage palletizer is designed to address the industry’s primary challenge, namely overall production line productivity.
This required productivity exceeds the needs of many other industries. Taking advantage of the high-end feeder based on the Highrunner HR7, the Qimarox HR10 palletizer can provide high productivity combined with high flexibility. In addition, the layer weight can be significantly higher compared to other industries. The layer handling system of this palletizer can handle layers weighing
    up to 280 kg.

The changeover between empty and loaded pallets is minimized over time by having a buffer position for the empty pallet immediately before the loading position. As soon as a loaded pallet is removed from the system, an empty pallet is moved to take its place. As it moves up, the empty pallet is centered and aligned to accommodate the first layer. The unique layer formation ensures high layer formation speeds. The addition of a buffer position for the full layer ensures that layer formation does not stop when changing pallets.

The Highrunner HR7 series is used to process 500–4500 products per hour.

    Highrunner HR7 palletizer

The Qimarox Highrunner HR7 palletizer is a modular machine designed for situations where there is no standardized industry configuration. This allows for a certain level of customization.
Qimarox standardized palletizers are developed based on many years of experience and common industry challenges.
What sets the Highrunner flexible palletizer apart from most other palletizing systems is the location of the template conveyor.

In the Highrunner, the template conveyor is located at a height and the pallet is moved up and down
by a pallet lift. This means that the top of the pallet is always at the same level as the template conveyor. The Highrunner HR7 is the fastest and most flexible palletizer in the Qimarox range. Interestingly, with the Highrunner HR7, products are placed on the pallet layer by layer.

The modular LOWRUNNER LR1 palletizer from Qimarox is a 5-axis palletizer with a capacity of up to 800 packages per hour.

    Lowrunner LR1 palletizer Qimarox

    This is an entry-level model,
    suitable for environments
where a quick return on investment is desired or required. If desired, the LOWRUNNER mk1 can also place pallets and intermediate sheets independently. With the Lowrunner LR1 there is no need for an operator platform as the entire layering station is located at floor level. Qimarox’s unique layering station can place each product in its exact location. This is done by means of a product pusher that places each product
in a row. When a row is complete, the row is placed on a stacking plate.

This is a unique feature, as most low-level palletizers handle products layer by layer. By placing products row by row on the pallet, the machine floor space can be minimized. By extending the stacking plate in two directions, to the front and back of the pallet, reliable pallet loading is guaranteed. This solution makes the Lowrunner LR1 very suitable for a wide range of products.

This is done by means of a product pusher that places each product in a row.

Once the layer is formed, it is placed on a bidirectional stacking plate. This is a unique feature as most low-level palletizers handle layers using a unidirectional stacking plate. By using a bidirectional stacking plate to place layers on a pallet, the contour of the pallet will be very uniform, allowing for maximum carton strength and ensuring a tight pallet loading.

To improve OEE, we developed the ContourScanner CS1 to detect defective packaging. The CS1 helps improve OEE by minimizing downtime.

    ContourScanner CS1

Most production line downtime is caused by poorly packaged products. Problems such as mismatched package shapes or sizes can significantly reduce overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, defective packages entering the palletizer can result in improperly stacked pallets. The ContourScanner CS1 helps improve OEE by minimizing these downtimes. Several CS1 systems are currently in operation at production sites (Heinz and Farm Dairy), with the first one having been in operation for over two years.

    Examples of common packaging problems:
    ● Box not sealed
    ● Box is crookedly sealed
    ● Box is not sealed properly (tape is loose)
    ● Shrink wrap missing
    ● Parts protruding
    Operation:
1.Learning function: Scan the correct package (the system includes a “Learning” function that records the package dimensions).
2.Setting tolerances: Enter acceptable tolerance levels.
3.Ready to use: ContourScanner is now ready to
    work.

Pads and spacers improve pallet stability and help prevent product damage.

Intermediate sheet placement using Sheetrunner SR2

The Sheetrunner SR2 from Qimarox is a module designed to automatically insert sheets between pallet layers, simplifying the palletizing process. Thanks to its modular design, the Sheetrunner SR2 can handle sheets of different sizes and materials. The device can be easily integrated into any Qimarox palletizer or third-party palletizing system, and is also available as a stand-alone solution. The increasing level of automation in distribution centers places high demands on the quality and stability of pallets.

Even a slight protruding box can cause a malfunction in an automated storage system, potentially bringing the entire operation to a halt. Qimarox palletizers are distinguished by their innovative method of stacking boxes into stable layers and placing them precisely on pallets. By maximizing the strength of each box, the resulting pallets are extremely stable.

Intermediate sheet placement is a vital component of any automated palletizing system.

Intermediate sheet placement using Sheetrunner SR3

The Qimarox Sheetrunner SR3 streamlines this process by automatically inserting sheets – commonly referred to as interlayers or spacers – between product tiers. Whether you’re dealing with boxes, crates or bags, precise sheet placement minimizes movement and ensures palletized loads are stable and ready for transport. This adaptability makes the Sheetrunner SR3 a reliable and scalable solution for demanding, high-performance palletizing operations.

Multi-layered pads increase friction and help distribute weight evenly, reducing the risk of damage and displacement – especially important when handling delicate items, slippery surfaces or irregularly shaped goods. Automating this step not only reduces human error, but also increases efficiency. In addition to layer pads, SR3 supports pads that can be used as pallet bottoms or inter-layer dividers, depending on your logistics needs.
